Made an order on July 9 for them to have every excuse why delivery was delayed for wrong address, couldn't get in the gate(there's no gate),shipping label messed up,to no one was home, till today August 21,2026 it said delivered and I still see no package. Please don't buy from them you can't even get in touch with no to discuss the problem. The biggest scam people work to hard for their more for some to just take it!!!!

This is a SCAM COMPANY!!!!! They lie about everything, they charge you. And you NEVER get your order. It's always some bull excuses as to why it never came...They also do not have a money back guarantee. It's been two months and no order or refund. Just lies and excuses, save your time, money, and save yourself from SCAMMING SITES that listen to the J.T song!!!

I never received my order that I placed at the beginning of July. Got an email stating my order was delivered which was a lie. This is a scam do not buy nothing from here. They won't even give me my money back. They make up lies saying no access to building or construction delayed the delivery.

Wish I could rate a zero. I ordered a couch that expands when you open it up. I got the same run around like everyone else..the label was destroyed, unable to access due to road construction, access code wrong, attempt to deliver but no one was home, delivered (but it wasn't), delayed due to high volume. When I do the chat, I get that there is a claim open and management is working on it. yeah right!! scam!!
