Frustrated
After reading several reviews from people on here im sensing a pattern. This company has told everyone the same BS story about how the driver couldn't deliver the package cause the address was unattainable due to incorrect gate code, or how they couldn't make the delivery cause the truck "broke" down. Then they tell me the opened a case for me. This company is a huge freaking scam. I purchased my couch from them on Sept 7th, here it is Oct 23 and still nothing. When they told me it was delivered, I called them out on it and told them it was never delivered. They said check with your neighbors and send us a pic of your porch to show it wasnt delivered. I have told them I want a refund. This company needs sued.
