The worst experience ever..I've been waiting 3 months for pots. They have 100 excuses. 1st caught up in customs, then they said they tried to deliver but my gate was locked...i dont have a gate to lock lies..now i get a email update saying my order was delivered but nothing is here. Terrible!!!

This company is not legit. Don't spend any money ordering anything from them. They first out of the country. They stated that they tried to deliver to my hone several time. They didn't. The customer service if automated and useless

What makes it even worse is that I received an email stating my package was delivered but never was. I tried reaching out to delivery company and they were rude as hell when responding basically accusing me of lying when I have a whole camera on my door. I don’t have an access code like they claimed. Ridiculous how yall do people who really were trying to purchase from yall.

Like everyone else, never received my item. Ordered from TikTok. Excuse after excuse as to why item wasn’t delivered. Website is down and no response to emails. Thank God I only spent $10. Lesson learned.

I ordered 2 portable a/c units on 6/22 which I still have not received. Tracking is ridiculous with bull shit excuses and is almost always unavailable to reach tracking company. Also wish I could give zero stars

buyer beware!!!! Ordered a grey chair on Tik Tok on July 4, 2026. One of those that expands when you open it. I have gotten several emails stating they attempted deliver, road construction, delivery truck trouble...about every story in the book. Looks like I got scammed. Don't make the same mistake I made. Very disappointed!
