Would like a 2” or 3” ridge on either side of the ramp. My dog has neuropathy in her back feet so she can’t tell if she’s on or off the ramp with her hind feet. A fall hazard. But otherwise is a well made product

The ramp doesn't work for stairs.

There are two issues: 1) The shelves are simply a few inches too small. Once your kitten becomes a cat, it will be harder to navigate. 2) The anchors need to change. The ones provided quickly become loose in the drywall. I replaced with the kind that screw into the drywall hole.

I purchased the wood hamster cage. It is really cute and a great size, however the locks did not line up properly so I need to figure out another lock for the top. Also, the wood is raw so untreated would get stinky with urine. I did some research and treated with Modpodge hardening surface. This seemed to solve the problem, but a step I did not anticipate.

CAT WHEEL: assembled OK, though the carpet doesnt quite fit and a bumper piece broke off within one week. UPDATE: Got a reply from customer service after posting the review and asking for a refund for my faulty item. Coziwow offered a partial refund with return, but after discussion, then appropriately gave me a full refund. Nice to deal with real humans.

I discovered after assembling half the tower that some of the holes didn't match up properly. The directions were not clear enough to make sure the different parts had to be set up in specific positions. I also am missing one screw, #D. I will call the help line for a replacement. It took three people to do the whole project so far, will finish when I get the missing screw.

The big catio we bought was well priced, came promptly and was easy enough to put together that my daughter and I did most of the assemly (calling in Dad for attaching the roof). BUT, the catio has a design flaw - the lounging shelves are set directly above each other making it fairly hard for them to get to the upper shelves. I had to go "off script" for the cats to have best access to the three higher locations. The cats are enjoying it
