I would give it a negative number rating if I could! 2 months later still not assembled! No receiving holes for the many screws used to assemble this nightmare. Not even heavy duty cordless screwdrivers (we've tried many) will penetrate the wood frames. Will have to hire a handyman to try & finish the product! Very sorry I ordered it!!!

No directions came for assembly. Reached out to company but never got correct instructions. Pieces and holes don’t match up. Will be requesting refund and shipping back.

After purchasing and receiving the large cat enclosure I discovered I was missing several vital pieces for assembly including the assembly directions. I reached out to the company and they refused to replace the missing pieces. So I’m left with the option to repack this massive amount of wood building pieces and return it AT MY EXPENSE, or leave a disassembled pile of pieces that are useless, that cost me $500… I’m absolutely appalled with coziwow and will never purchase from them again. No quality control and definitely very poor customer service.

Absolutely no semblance of organization or customer service. Ordered a huge walk in cation recieved no instructions. Tried looking it up only non of the prudct alphabet soup numbers match up. Tried to contact customer service only to be bullied about getting my email repetitively with no response. Now have a very expensive $500 plus pile of junk with no instructions. Will never trust this company would never recommend edit to reply to their reply. You did eventually get back to me. Youthought in your infinite wisdom and knowledge of customer service that help would be sending methe pdf of the instructions you forgot in spanish only. So much for the valued customer treatment.

well where do i start i ordered the set for my cats to have something to climb on n play instead of always running across my tvs mounted on the walls. i ordered it in march it came i opened the box n the stuff looked horrible but i was told that sometimes the machine manufacturer isnt perfect so maybe i was being to judgemental well i still had second thoughts so it stayed in the box until may 11th for two reasons, the first being i just wasnt excited about it n the second being,the person that put it up for me is the only one i trusted to do it the right way n keep it safe for my Cats. He used the stud finder n made sure it was real sturdy n safe on the walls 21days later i walked in my house n half of it was hanging the brackets were bent n broken the wood chipped from the screws n my one cat was under the bed for 2days scared to death the product is garbage i got some halfass reply that i will be getting a refund that whoever i emailed supposedly emailed the company so i asked for that information n i was told it went theu a few different channels so it would be 5too hard for me to do it myself so basically i was scammed n my cats could have been severely injured or killed. I do not care about any money or refund this is hopefully to spread awareness n precaution about this issue ..

Contacted customer service numerous times via email and left 2 voicemails in returning the 2 tier cat house due to damaged, missing parts and no self tapped holes. I yet to receive a response. But received this survey. Unreal and very disappointed all the way around. They then sent me a 2nd house and keeping the first to make everything right. I appreciate all their efforts even offering to reimburse 1/2 price of the unit. After they learned the 2nd one had lots of flaws. Nonetheless, dont have the time to keep back tracking on an order nor revamping this review at their request. I stand by my honesty to help others. After restructuring the unit our strays love it. This company will try and make good on their product.
