Got the side table. Multiple holes that should have been there were only about 2/3s complete so I had to drill them through the rest of the way. The wood was a little warped, and so the pieces wouldn’t go together perfectly, and made it really difficult to put on the bottom piece. The Velcro isn’t strong enough to hold the wrapping around that the cats are supposed to scratch on and it’s slightly too short. If the mat would stick to the side, it would overall look pretty good, even with the build issues. But as is, the mat is basically half hanging off. Overall, not good. For the price, I would definitely skip it.

Im now satisfied with my purchase, I had issues with my purchase but they were able to help me with my concerns. So im thankful for that and appreciate all the help they provided me. The cat house is beautiful im very happy with it.

Great action plan

I would give it a negative number rating if I could! 2 months later still not assembled! No receiving holes for the many screws used to assemble this nightmare. Not even heavy duty cordless screwdrivers (we've tried many) will penetrate the wood frames. Will have to hire a handyman to try & finish the product! Very sorry I ordered it!!!

The feral cat shelter came quickly and was well packaged. Cleverly designed with easy-to-follow instructions for assembly. High attention to detail, countersunk holes for the screws was a nice touch.
