I assembled it myself
Arrived within a week and was relatively easy to assemble. My cats love it! For the most part, everything was easy to assemble and we had all the right parts. There were a couple holes that appeared to have been forgotten in the manufacturing process or were in the wrong place, so I did need to get out my drill bits at a couple points and do it myself. NBD. Also, my cats are only 9 months and not big enough to make the jump to the higher levels. I rearranged the shelves a bit to suit them.
