Shipping was quick. Would have been 5 stars except they sent me the wrong color on one of my items.

I promptly received my order from coveryourhair.com. I order 3 headbands that I was very happy with. I also ordered 2 wig caps. They came 2 in a package. It was made out of nylon stocking material. They fit nicely on my head, but did not hold my wig in place. By the time I got home from running my errands, my wig was all the way on top of my head and I was very embarrassed that it had moved up. I did not return the items since they were only $2.99 each and in my opinion, was not worth the trouble to return them.

I love the items that I received from coveryourhair.com, however, like the last 2 times I have placed an order, there were some issues. I placed an order on a Sunday, paying for 1 day shipping. My items did not arrive until Friday, and that was only after 2 angry emails and a followup angry phone call. Their customer service rep on the phone was wonderful to work with and made sure to take care of my issues.

But just ok. I emailed customer service about how to return 2 of the scarves that had not been opened because they were to small. But never heard back so they are sitting here in the package. I love this store but not the customer service.
