Brilliant product. just what I needed. enjoyed transfering the money with low costs and very fast. however my experience was not so good with their customer service that sent me back and again to bring more and more documents... while it sais on the website 6 minutes, it actually took 6-7 days!! and I was forced to go back and forth to the banki and accountants to bring all kinds of documents. while getting upset because I had to transfer the money 'fast' as they suggested, I told them I could have done it with the bank long ago and that nothing was even hinting I would go through such process... they offered me to refund the money, minus their fees... which really just upset me more. the 'teenager' on the phone was not nice at all, and far from being helpful. my anger was that I had to transfer the money fast and that instead it took me almost a full week time. finally some executeive called me and the next day the issue was solved. the problem was that it was first transaction and they needed a lot of documents from the bank, authorities, and accountants. I hope next time there's not going to be any need of those again, and the process will be much faster as it should. again - the product is brilliant, and if not for the torturing process and wrong attitude of the call center girl... I would have given it 5*
