Fast, reliable and cheaper than other options

very easy & clear transection with perfect service client

I wrote that the recepient should receive 15'000 and he received 14'600. It took a long time because you are not covering switzerland yet. Especially considering that, I find covercy awesome and hope that you will grow fast and well.

Making the transaction was easy and smooth Exchange rate was good. Commision was reasonable.

Super convenient service, but the customer support is horrendous. They suspended my account, and won't explain to me what i need to do to work with them. Very unhappy with them.

I saved about $30 on a $50K transfer... is it worth it?! mmmeeeee The process for the first transfer leaves much to be desired in terms of transparency - I didn't know until the I actually transferred the money that there is a face to face identification process required for transfers over about $15K. They also expected me to send someone to their offices for that process. Ended up with someone from Covercy meeting up with my dad for that - so at least for that they get a thumbs up. to test the process out, I sent identical amounts of money from my bank and from covercy on the same day. Bottom line - the Covercy transfer landed on my account with $30 more a day later. Is it worth the hassle? not sure. For me at least, the security you get with a direct transfer is well worth the $30 savings. Also, due to latest anti-money laundering regulations, my bank gave me an extensive questioning on the Covercy transfer vs. the one just made to my direct bank account. Not sure I would use this service in the future.

And absolutely worth the fee.
