Great for transfers from ILS to USD I've used Covercy for the past couple of years and always had good experiences. This past month, June 2019, it took longer than usual to transfer the funds. Neta from Covercy was great and helped me in English to resolve the issue. Now the transfer has been approved.

Overall the service is great. It is very competitive on small transfers, but large transactions might still be cheaper at a bank.

I transferred some money to the UK. The rates were fantastic, but overall for something supposed to be automated they could use some more automation. I transferred money immediately and because Covercy and I happen to use the same bank that transfer is actually immediate. Yet they didn't acknowledge it for 2 days (I was told because my transfer was still being approved). Accurate information would have been easier on everyone! Ultimately the transfer was approved (they called to clarify some information which was fine they were right), and the transfer was approved and everything was great. But had I been properly kept in the loop that would have let me feel better that I knew where my money was.

Friendly and efficient support. Transaction took longer than expected. Not enouth warnings were given as per caps for internet and bank transfers (To Covercy). Too many documents requested (Why would you need the bank transfer confirmation?) In parallel to this transfer I used another service. Took 3 days with not even one phone call or email.

The overall costs were cheaper than transferring via bank so I will use them again. However, the transfer took 6 days (comparison bank transfer was overnight). They had emailed me that my ID docs were received OK but when I logged the system said that I needed to resubmit - that may have delayed the transfer by a day: was a bit annoying that they didn't notify me. All good in the end though.

Generally all the transfer including opening the account went smooth, fast and efficient. my rating for the whole process, start to end is 5. The reason not giving 5 is that there were extra costs charged by the receiving bank I was not aware of before executing the transaction, and there was no warning by Covercy that such charges could be applied, as a result I could not calculate the full cost in advance. Yet, I do recommend Covercy very positively.

very good costumer service. quick informative and helpful answers. only thing that should be better is the time that took for the transaction to be proceeded. if in the future i will need to transfer money quickly it will be the only downside as it took too long thanks
