The customer service was great. However, in from the day I sent the money to the moment the recipient received about a week. Secondly, during the transfer they asked two different types of ID:s, after sending this information I got another email asking for a utility invoice, not understanding why, I sent them my gas bill or whatever, then another day they asked me a proof of the money I already transferred them and in the end they send the amount twice. Simply a complicated process.

Did the job, First payment had some problems like not matching invoice and another id photo, it is acceptable but should be solved at one time, and not dicover first problem then discover second problem...
