Covercy offers a good option for transferring money from Israel. The charges are reasonable and the process is rather simple. To improve the service it would be better to inform the user upfront of all the documents that would have to be provided. In my case i started a transfer and provided the initial set of documents but was later told I have to also provide an invoice in order to proceed.

the transaction i have made were sent after a week, the connection with the customer is a bit lacking.

pros -The system is easy to use and the fees are very low compared to the usual bank system. cons - The system does not provide some sort of official document (with logo and company details) or invoice for the transfer fee. You can only print the screen with the details. This is a bit of a problem for company that need to report it's transactions.

I want to tell you that this first transaction with Covercy was excellent experience, I just want that you will continue to do this good job so we will not have to use banks and other institutes, thanks
