I'm going to make this short and…
I'm going to make this short and simple. I made an order 6-13-2026 for a motorcycle cover that it said was in stock. I get an email today 6-16-2026 saying that the item I ordered was out of stock it wouldn't be here until late July when I receive my order. I go back to the website type in the information that I typed in to get the cover, and it says that the cover is in stock and will ship in three business days. So I took a picture of it and now I want a refund and I will never use this website again. if the website would not have not been deceiving, I would have never made the purchase.

Teddy, thank you for taking the time to write, and I'm sorry this one left a bad taste. You ordered on June 13 with the cover showing in stock, so getting that out-of-stock email a few days later was the last thing you should have had to deal with. That's a fair thing to be upset about. The honest version is that a big jump in spring demand pulled our inventory and our website out of sync, and your order got caught in the gap. When you emailed us on June 16, we got your full refund processed the same day, within a couple of hours, and it should be back on your card in two to three business days. If you ever want a hand finding a cover that's in stock and ready to ship, I'd genuinely be glad to help. [email protected] reaches me directly.
