Did not understand why the BMW would…
Did not understand why the BMW would receive a cord & lock and the Silverado did not. Just wondering what made the difference. Other than this issue the ordering seemed fairly easy.

Thrilled
Site was a little off putting as it did not let me apply disc code. Customer service was awesome, kind, and so very helpful.

I hope it's not too heavy.
I would have given it 5 stars, but I would like to know how heavy the cover is. I searched everywhere in the site, but found no answer. Recommend adding how much it weighs.

That's fair feedback, Alicia. Cover weight varies quite a bit by material and vehicle size, so it isn't a single number we can post site-wide, but you're right that it should be easier to find. Custom fit
Custom fit covers. Fast checkout. High reviews on products. Time will tell regarding quality. Love the 12 year warranty. Prefer that marketing default is "strictly necessary" and not have to opt out of everything else.

The customer service was top notched
The customer service was top notched. There was a delay in shipping but they ended up escalating the shipping at no cost. There needs to be instructions for attaching the cover.

Well made cover
The platinum cover is well made and seemingly durable. Though I have my doubts whether it has enough cushion padding to protect from hail we get in Wi, it will def stand up to rain and just about anything else short of trees.
