Checked with customer service b/4 buying was advised what to buy, even though I questioned it being to short. assured it would fit. arrived check fit only never installed and had to pay restocking and shipping fees. Very Very poor customer service.

Not good. Discount code they provided did nothing. I was not ready to purchase and next thing you know it’s sending me an email thanking me for the purchase.

I ordered a cover designed for the most protection when I got a brand new car. At the first sign of hail, I ran out and covered the car expecting it would be safe from pea size hail. It was not, my neighbor who threw a moving blanket over his car had zero damage while mine had dents on the roof, side and top. After looking closer at the cover, it was incredibly thin. I reached out to the company since I was convinced they sent me the wrong one since what I had clearly was not seven layers of protection. They informed me I had gotten the right one and they would not provide a refund since it was after 30 days. Clearly, I am at fault since I had not planned for hail within 30 days of purchasing my car cover. So because of this hail cover, I got the opportunity to drop over $600 on both the cover and my car insurance deductible to fix the damage it did not protect from.

Do not buy from this company! I purchased a cover for a 2026 CBR 600rr motorcycle. I input all the correct info. When the cover showed finial showed up at my house it did not fit at all. I returned the item like any customer would have and they sent me a partial refund. I paid 116 and only received 74 back. I was told that I had to pay a restocking fee and also the shipping. This was 100% the company’s fault that the product did not fit the motorcycle. I will never buy anything from this company and would recommend you to do the same

I would NOT buy. We ordered the weather fit platinum truck cover for our F450 Ford Dually. It does NOT fit! It barely reaches the back of the truck and has to be forced to stay on. In order to return it we have to pay the return shipping which is as much as the cover. Also, this thing was supposed to be "7 layers". We have had many covers over the years for RVs and boats and this cover seems to be just a regular Tyvek cover. I tried to call customer service without success.

I will leave it to readers to review the complete email chain, which has also been provided to Bank of America and the Better Business Bureau. A few points are important: 1. My concern was never limited to mirror pockets or a charging-port opening. My concern was that the cover marketed for my Rivian R1S did not fit as I reasonably expected for a product advertised for that vehicle. 2. I requested a return rather than an exchange because I had lost confidence that another cover would resolve the issue. 3. The central issue remains the refund process. I was initially told that my credit card dispute prevented a refund and was encouraged to cancel it. 4. After speaking with Bank of America, I was advised not to do so because the bank explained that cancelling the dispute could leave me without protection if a refund was not ultimately issued. After I informed you of that conversation and stated I intended to file a BBB complaint, I received a prepaid return label and a written commitment that a full refund would be processed once the returned cover was received. I relied on that written commitment and returned the product. 5. Whether the refund is ultimately processed through your payment processor or through the Bank of America dispute process, my expectation remains exactly the same: that I receive the full refund that was promised after the product was returned. I appreciate that others may read both of our responses. My goal is simply to share my documented experience so that future customers understand both the product and the return process before making a purchase. ---- original ----- I wish I had read a review like this before purchasing. I ordered a cover advertised as a guaranteed fit for my Rivian R1S. What I received was essentially an oversized blanket-style cover that did not fit the vehicle as I reasonably expected. It had no dedicated mirror pockets, no charging-port access, and was much larger than the vehicle. One thing buyers should be aware of is that the website markets covers for many makes and models, but the reviews generally do not identify the specific vehicle for which the cover was purchased. As a Rivian owner, I found this made it difficult to judge whether positive reviews actually applied to my vehicle. I believe identifying the make and model in reviews would help consumers make a more informed purchasing decision. The bigger issue, however, was the return process. After I requested a refund, I was initially told that because I had opened a Bank of America dispute, they could not process my refund and urged me to cancel the dispute. After I spoke with my bank and questioned this, Cover Anything changed its position, provided me with a prepaid return label, and promised in writing that they would issue a full refund once they received the returned product. I relied on that written promise, packaged the cover, returned it using their prepaid label, and provided tracking. After the product was delivered back to them, they again changed their position and claimed they could not refund because of the dispute. My advice to prospective buyers: Verify exactly what "guaranteed fit" means for your specific vehicle. Don't assume reviews apply to your make and model. Keep every email and obtain refund commitments in writing. I have filed a BBB complaint and am continuing to pursue my refund through my credit card issuer based on the documented email trail.

I ordered a boat cover on June 23rd and I was told the cover would arrive in 3 days. I was contacted on 06/25/26 and was told the cover was in high demand and OUT OF STOCK; The website promoted a three day delivery. I was headed to Travers City and I needed the cover right away and the reviews (Appeared), to be good. On 06/25/26 I was told sorry that I trusted them to get it to me in three days, as promised but the cover will ship very soon. They also asked for a quick response in regard to a refund. I never asked for a refund, I need the cover ASAP so my equipment does not get ruined or so I don’t have major problems with mold/water in my boat. 06/28/26 I let customer service know that I had people coming north on Wednesday 07/01/26 and I need the cover by then. 06/29/29 I received an e-mail stating that the cover was shipped but I did not receive a tracking number. I setup a pickup of the cover for Wednesday, based on a promised three day shipping, (As advertised) 07/01/26 I received an e-mail stating that Fed Ex didn’t send enough trucks and the cover has not shipped. It’s 07/03/26, I still have not had a shipped cover, I have no tracking number, they took my money on 06/23/26 and gave me a $26 credit and I still DO NOT HAVE WHAT I PAID FOR. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!! Customer Service, I just read your reply. I am not having any issues receiving emails from cover anything. There was never a tracking number provided in my email, whatsoever! This is the first time I have been provided with a tracking number. After receiving my review, you have just shipped my cover this morning. I am in belief that you just received that tracking number. I was promised the cover not only once but twice. The cover was just shipped today and I only received a tracking number in the review. That’s not ok. I understand one mistake but when you told me that it was shipped on Monday, I made arrangements for pick up of the cover on Wednesday, from my home; the cover was then going to be brought to me. The cover was not shipped and it did not show up, after I was given a date of shipment in an e-mail. That is not OK. I have an email confirming it. Why would this company tell a Customer something that is not true? That is not OK with me, nor anyone else for that matter. Brandon

Customer service is awful. I ordered a boat cover for my 1990 Mastercraft 190 Prostar. Put all the specs in appropriately. I received a cover for boat, or pontoon, that was at least 21 feet. The boat was on the shore station at the time of putting the cover on. It was like a garbage bag. Way too big. I contacted the company and they told me they would send me another cover once they receive the cover sent to me back. I was not going to allow my boat to be sitting bare in the elements for a potential 2+weeks until receiving another cover. They refused to own up to their mistake and requested I purchase yet another cover, because they wouldn't take the one they sent since it would have been worn. I will never purchase through this company again.
