Great Customer Service
Great customer service! When the cover I originally received didn't fit, they responded quickly and sent me a replacement with no hassle. The new one fit perfectly, and the entire process was easy and stress-free. I really appreciate how they stood behind their product and took care of the issue so promptly. Exactly what I needed
You had exactly what I needed. During a major overhaul on the garage in my building my car is covered in concrete dust. My nearly 20 year old car is in great shape for its age & I’d like to keep it that way. The cover I ordered will be perfect for those days when the car is parked & not driven. I believe I have purchased my last cover
I consider myself a careful shopper--I'm quite likely to create a spreadsheet in order to compare my options, reaching a decision based on the usual factors like value and point of manufacture. I chose Best Covers based on those criteria. I am enclosing pictures of the cover I ordered and recently received from your company (pictures attached) in order to tell you how completely satisfied I am with your product. I bought the boat new in 1988 and over the years I have had at least half a dozen covers. Of course, I can't predict how much longer I'll be around, but I don't ever plan to sell the boat, and I believe I have purchased my last cover for it. It is extremely well made. I'm especially satisfied with the reinforcements built into the spots (bow point and windshield corners) that have historically been problem areas. The other big issue I've always faced has been water pooling toward the stern after heavy rainfall. The strength of this cover enables me to draw it sufficiently tight to avoid that problem. A nice little bonus is that the color is nearly a perfect match to the hull graphics. Thank you for making such a superior quality product.

Thirty-eight years with the same boat and half a dozen covers means you know exactly what fails and where, Steve, so this is a review we'll take seriously. The bow point and windshield corners are where covers usually give out first, and it's good to hear the reinforcement there is doing its job. Pooling at the stern is the other classic problem, and drawing the cover tight is the right approach. Thanks for the detailed writeup and for choosing us after all that comparison.
