I've been with Covenant Eyes for about 15 years, and I've found the product and customer service to be exceptional. The software does exactly what it says it will do. My accountability partner is kept aware of my computer use, and he's able to contact me whenever he has a question or comment about something that's been reported to him. That's what an effective accountability partnere does; and the software enables him to do it. Customer Service has always been both efficient and pleasant in their work with me to solve a problem or answer a question. Anyone who's serious about addressing his/her problematic use of the computer/internet could find no better technological help than Covenant Eyes!

the subscription was far too expensive for an adult blocker and there are a variety of blockers that do the exact same job as well as them for free. Initially when I signed up I assumed I'd be making monthly payments so if I decided to end me subscription prematurely, I'd save money. Instead, when I paid for the subscription they took the money in advance for the whole year. Now that I've ended my subscription I have repeatedly been asking for a refund as I barely used it in the first place due to their extortionate prices and terrible software and yet all my attempts have been stonewalled. I feel like I have been scammed! I blame myself for not doing proper research first into suitable adult blockers and for being stupid enough to pay such a huge fee for a problem that could've easily been solved for free in the first place. Do not trust the software or the self-righteous scammer bastards that run it! these people do not give a toss about you or your struggles, they only care about your money and once you've paid them, there is a 99.9% chance you will never see that money again!

If I could give more than five stars I would! Covenant eyes and victory Shield has been a game changer for me. I'm just a mom trying to protect my kids and this has given me the peace of mind that no other monitoring app could do. Kids find their way around everything, but you can't get around screenshots. I recommend every parent use this app. In addition to the Peace of mind, the customer service has been amazing. I have received quick replies and Hands-On support anytime I need it.

Solid accountability software. They are still honing the algorithms, which can be amusing and a bit frightening the first few times. Support is really helpful.
