FRAUDULENT COMPANY BEWARE!!! I placed an order on June 1st and tried multiple times to get a hold of someone via email and phone. I would get placed on hold, transferred, and then hung up on. Repeatedly. When I finally reached someone they told me of delays, which I totally understand. I FINALLY got a tracking number over a month later and then when I went to the USPS to track the package, the site said the label was a pre-shipment label and it was CANCELLED! I tried calling them and got hung up on. It's all a big scam they are taking advantage of people during this pandemic. I wish there were reviews to warn others.

ordered and paid +25% surcharge for fast delivery (4-5 days.) never arrived. called to inquire and lady said they would be sent today or tomorrow. asked about refund of the +25% charge, put on hold and came back and said order would be sent by the end of this week. asked for cancellation and refund of entire order and asked for confirmation. lady said email confiming cancellation would be sent today. NONE RECEIVED. Suggest everyone file BBB and NY Atty General complaints for taking adantage of COVID situation!!!

I was hesitant to place an order after reviewing reviews but decided to take chance. I placed an first order for 5000 masks and second order for 35000 masks which were delivered on time. Ashish has committed expedited delivery of order of 35000 masks and they were shipped next day. I was surprised by excellent customer service as they went above and beyond to advice delivery service to deliver order at special time as advised. I highly recommend Ashish and his team. I am looking forward towards placing another big order.

I’ve lost my patience and the lack of or seriously delayed response has only served to escalate my feelings of being taken for close to $200 by Covcare I’m horrified reading all the bad reviews I found on line. I’ve patiently waited over 5 weeks for ten N95 masks and have gotten the same lies as everyone else who wrote Poor reviews. 1 We have them in stock 2 They are shipping this week 3 They are shipping next week 4 We will put you as a priority. Unfortunately I ordered an additional ten and paid the 25 percent premium to ensure expedited delivery. I assume I’ll get the same response everyone else who complained got saying to contact covcare so they can “further investigate”. Here’s an idea for the “owner” ....ship my orders and STOP putting it back on your customers to continue to contact you after you took our hard earned money. I’ve placed feedback on the Better Business Bureaus website as well. The ultimate insult Is the email I received from the company just last night showing A picture of the Shipment they “ just received” so I would think they have these items in stock. I emailed them back stating that it was exactly the same photograph theY used in an email from two weeks prior Disgraceful!!!

I did my research and this company looks legit. I have not received my masks yet so I can’t review quality or effectiveness but as a contracted care provider (they don’t supply masks) I look forward to receiving them shortly

I think u got to be just patient ...I got mine in 2 months.I was almost abt to go and cancel after reading all the other reviews here .Wish I cld put a picture here.I need to now find out if these are real N95. CDC has outlined wht to look on the mask to distinguish .

an absolute scam. I place two orders and when the first one arrived 5 weeks later they were not CE. There was no CE on the masks or the inventory slips in the packages. Had the masks tested and they failed. Canceling second order and filing a complain with both the state, federal and local governments. Will attempt to get my money back from the credit card company that was used. Stay away from this company.

I ordered masks (KN95 and 3-ply) on June 18 and they have my payment. But nothing has been shipped and the order still shows as "pending". As a high risk person these were important to me. I sent follow-up emails but the response says it takes 10 to 15 days. I realize they are busy but hope they are able to send my order soon. Updated 7/23/20 - it just took a phone call and within a day my shipment was sent. Very helpful and a quick response.
