My first experience with the onboarding call.The gentlemen attempted to be extremely helpful. However, I had not purchased my domain yet. Nor did I have the money for it that time. So he showed me around the platform. The best he could, but without The Domain, he was limited. My second onboarding call was a little less beneficial. The young lady just could not figure out how to do anything at all for me Because I was on my phone and not a computer But this last onboarding, call with miss Ingrid, it was top-notch, she did a phenomenonal job, she already had almost everything done before.We even got on the call.She was very thorough, with the walkthrough, 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

Nora was kind and helpful and got me to the feature I was looking for within just a couple of minutes. She saved me from aNOTHER zoom subscription this year. Thanks Nora!
