I am highly disappointed with Course Creator 360. The issues go back months to where the sales team misguided me on a very expensive set up leaving me having to pay outside of the platform to finish setting up for me. Then there is the issue of my page continuously getting shut down due to failed payment. I have my account on auto pay so this should not happen. Every time this happens I lose sales. This has happened multiple times and I have contacted customer service on the matter. Customer service continuously told me the issue is on my end, call my bank. I did that the first time and the issue was not on my end. The last time this happened CC360 customer service told me again, this is my issue not theirs and to contact my bank and were very dismissive to the matter and replied with a rude passive aggressive message: "We have over 3,000 clients and this issue hasn't happened with anyone else, which suggests the matter is specific to the card you are using." I again told them I have contacted my bank and they assured it was on CC360 side of things not mine. This is the reply they gave: "I have made some changes on the backend, and I believe I have found the issue. This should not happen again, so there is no need to call your bank." So months of this happening, blaming it on me it was on their backend all along leading to lost sales and a lot of frustration and time wasted going back and forth. I am very unhappy with the entire CC360 platform from the start, from the sales person lying to what will be done for me (I paid CC360 well over $2000), to their customer service experience. In the near future I will most likely be switching platforms and move everything to the CIRCLE platform. I know from past experience their platform runs much smoother and their customer service is far better.

I'm completely new to CourseCreator360 so going in on my onboarding call was very nerve-wracking to say the least because I have tried so many different ways to get started with my business with no success. During my call today I started to feel better immediately. Ingrid is amazing, and she helped me become so much more confident about starting my business with Course Creator 360. They really worked with me on the onboardin. RJ and Juan are just great they helped me get through a really hard issue with zoom and in my computer. went above and beyond to go the extra mile and make sure that I was set up right! looking forward to working with these guys for long time!
