I previously left a raving review…
I previously left a raving review about CC360, and generally, I have had a phenomenal experience with them; however... When it came time to leave CC360, that's when the troubles began... Apparently (and I found this out the hard way) in the fine print terms and conditions, there's a little clause that says something akin to "we own you. we own your data. if you want to move, you're going to have to pay us a lot of money - much like you would if your child were kidnapped." Now... that might seem a little harsh, so here's what it really says (as of 4/6/2026 - seems like they changed it again a few days ago...): "Course Creator 360 (CC360) provides access to proprietary templates, AI buildouts, premium support, coaching calls, an entire suite of online education (courses), done-for-you buildouts and other resources as part of its software subscription. These are included in the suite of intellectual property offered upon joining our software, along with support, education, coaching, and more. "We reserve the right to decline any requests to transfer any content whatsoever from within your CC360 sub-account to Go High Level or any other third-party platform. This includes—but is not limited to—all funnels, landing pages, websites, automations, emails, templates, and any other type of content you create within our software, whether derived from CC360-provided resources or built entirely by you. "By choosing to join CC360, you acknowledge and agree that part of the service you are paying for includes access to our exclusive resources and software infrastructure, which may not be available or compatible outside of our platform. As such, any requests for transferring these resources or any user-created content to other platforms are declined by default. This policy aligns with common industry practice: just as platforms like Kajabi, Wix, Skool, Clickfunnels, MailChimp, ActiveCampaign, and more do not provide full-service migrations to help users move off their platforms, CC360 is likewise under no obligation to facilitate or assist in transferring any content to a competitor’s software. Should you choose to cancel your subscription and move to Go High Level or any other platform, you must rebuild or recreate your assets from scratch, just as you would when migrating from all other platforms on the market. "The only potential exception we are open to consider (but do not guarantee) is that you may pay for a year’s worth of our premium plan (totaling $1,764, which is $147 x 12 months). Upon completing this payment in full, a transfer may be made. Any such transfer remains subject to CC360’s sole discretion and is not automatically granted." So... what this means is that they own you and they WILL charge you an arm and a leg to transfer your OWN content. Even if you never attended the coaching calls, used their templates, or never used their support ... For such a great team to have such a poor level of service for those who have legitimate needs to depart their services is ... really a shame... If you never plan on leaving them, you're going to love them, but the breakup will result in heartbreak if you do.
Response from Course Creator 360Apr 9, 2026
Hi Preston, thank you for your feedback, and we're glad your overall experience with CC360 was a positive one. We want to be straightforward with anyone reading this: our content portability policy is included in our terms of service, and we do our best to ensure members are aware of it. The policy reflects the reality that much of what's built inside CC360 is powered by proprietary infrastructure, templates, and resources, not standalone files that can simply be exported. We recognize this policy isn't the right fit for everyone, and we respect that. Our goal is to be the last platform our members ever need, but we understand that circumstances change. If you'd like to discuss your specific situation further, please reach out to our support team directly. We're always willing to listen.
