Urgent warning for disability payout!
I strongly urge anyone considering insurance with Country Financial to think twice. I was a loyal client from 2016 through March 2026, with monthly payments consistently withdrawn from my bank account. After the traumatic loss of my son in July 2025, I qualified for a disability claim and began the process in August 2025. I promptly submitted all required documentation from both my primary physician and psychiatrist. Despite fulfilling every requirement, my experience has been deeply frustrating. My first payment, which was due on January 17, 2026, did not arrive until March 3. Since then, I have not received payments for February, March, or April. Communication has been equally disappointing. My representative, Paula Heiser, has been unhelpful and inconsistent. Although I repeatedly requested basic information such as check numbers, issue dates, and tracking details, I was only given partial information. After more than 40 days of delays, the only solution offered was to reissue the check, blaming postal service issues. Due to medical recommendations related to my mental health, I am only able to work part-time. The lack of timely payments has significantly worsened my financial hardship during an already devastating time. After years of loyalty, I feel let down by a company that has shown a lack of accountability, urgency, and compassion. This experience has added unnecessary stress and hardship to my grieving process. I cannot recommend Country Financial based on my experience. Yvonne B. Harvey
