Cottman of LouisvilleReviews of cottmanoflouisville.com

I had to have my transmission rebuilt and they worked with me on everything, from a ride home after I dropped my car off to calling me ad keeping me in the loop because they weren't meeting the timeframe they gave to ME! I appreciated the thought because I was not left in the darkbat all, and I can appreciate honesty as opposed to a hustle! They were even able to catch another issue that my was having which will save me hundreds maybe even a new engine in the long run! Thanks guys!

A few months ago we decided to keep our 1997 Toyota 4Runner on the road a while longer and went forward with some needed repairs. We had estimates from a couple of places. Our usual go to shop declined to do the work saying it was a little more involved than they could do at the time, so we went with Cottman and were not disappointed. They did the work they said they would, for the price they quoted and on time. Our truck is back to doing long distance trips for us despite having over 268,000 miles on it. Thanks again.

I love that place and woukdnt take my car no other place

One of the hardest things to successfully discover upon moving to a new city is finding an honest and good mechanic, thankfully that is exactly what I found on the first go around! Both repairs (new transmission & power steering) Cottman completed were professionally accomplished and fully explained with no unnecessary salesmanship of additional parts or equipment. All of their employees were polite and attentive with a professional demeanor and a much appreciated sense of humor that will absolutely keep me coming back and recommending them to others.

Was in need of a reliable shop to work on transmission....researched local shops and decided after talking some of the other shops even though they weren't the cheapest they seamed to be very knowledgeable. .....they did the work.....answered all my questions and did the work in a timely manner. .......would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing good reliable work done

I have to commend these guys, the manage ment team is awesome, the technicians that worked on my '91 Deville were the best, I drove the car that week on a trip over 1500 miles, not one problem, I've returned for other service, I really appreciate the service. Couldn't ask for better, I've recommended them to friends, also the assistance on a rental the best, price and service you can't beat. Way to go Greg!!!
