This was a major expense that I did not plan for at the time. The staff was professional and provided alternative options for me to consider. I did end up with a new transmission and so far it has worked great. I appreciate the time they took to explain the options and what was going on with the transmission.

I appreciate the prompt and professional service my daughter and I received. My daughter's transmission was slipping and we took her car to Cottman for service and repair. I have had horrible experience with getting my car repaired threw the years. But when I went to Cotterman they were very straight forward and honest with me. It didn't feel like they were trying to push extra cost on me. And Greg (Manager) was explain things so it wasn't over my head. I appreciate the quality and great service. I would tell anybody who had car troubles to go see them

I had some concerns about my car and knew it needed some repairs. I was concerned that I wouldn't be dealt with honestly because of past experiences with other places. I heard of Cottman listening to Way FM and thought I would give them a try. They worked with my schedule and were very professional and they were honest. Turns out it wasn't as bad as I thought. That rarely happens. I would suggest to anyone looking for a place to get your car repaired to give Cottman a try.
