These guys are honest and bend over backwards to help. We were in a difficult spot with our car and are starving students. They got us in same day for a free diagnostic scan and then did the detail check the very next day. They were quick to find the problem and didn't try to be pushy about upselling a bunch of things but related to the problem. If you're looking at other places, don't bother. Just come here. They're the best.

Found my new mechanics in Louisville. This place is honest and trustworthy. The customer service is always excellent. They’re there for you to ensure you’re satisfied with their work, unlike most competitors.

Repairing our Saturn was a challenge due to the availability of parts for our model year. Cottman did not give up and succeeded with the repair. Good company that provides good service. Exceeded expectations. Would recommend and return for additional services. Job well done.

I was in Louisville on personal business and my car had transmission trouble. Don and Greg turned my panic into calm by taking care of my car immediately. I was very impressed. It was First Class Service and Quality Work at a Very Fair Price. I highly recommend them! Rich from Cincinnati

GREG AND THE CREW ARE TOTALLY AWSOME. WHERE CAN YOU GO TO GET YOUR CAR DIAGNKSED FOR FREE AND NOT BE PRESSEURED TO HAVE THE WORK DONE. I PAID OVER 300 TO HAVE MY CAR MISDIAGNOSE BY 3 DIFFERENT DEALERDHIPS. I FOUD OUT EXACTLY WHAT WAS WRONG AND NOW MY CAR DRIVES LIKE ITS BRAND NEW. IT HAS 0VER 200,000 MILES ON IT. COTTMAN IS ONE OF THE BEST ANYWHERE. IF THERE WAS MORE STARS I WOULD GIVE THEM MORE. I LOVE THESE GUYS AND GIRLS. THEY TREAT ME LIKE THAY REALLY CARE. I HAD TO PUT TRANSFER CASES IN MT LINCOLN MKT AWD AND MY FORD FLEX. I HAVE NEVER BEEN HAPPIER. HONEST SERVICES.
