Great job, courteous service . Will definitely go back if needs occur

You want your car fixed, without paying dealer prices? Here's your place. I was having a bad, bad day (clutch went out). Someone recommended Cottman, saying family owned, friendly and trustworthy. They are all that and more. They called told me what was wrong and the price and the time frame. I drove away in the dusk with my little Subaru as promised. I appreciated Heather for putting up with rantings and the guys as well. Would take my car back for servicing in the future. Thanks AMWhitmore

I have always felt like I am treated fair and honestly at Cottmans. Greg explains things very well and I never feel taken advantage of. Being a women I have always felt intimidated about car repairs but not here.

Always a great experience!

They have done a great job on all of my vehicles, getting them repaired quickly and at a reasonable price. I will definitely be back

I broke down driving through Louisville. I didn't expect to get great service since I lived 200 miles away. That couldn't be further from the truth. Everyone I dealt with was awesome! The repair was a lot less then I expected, completed promptly and everything worked out great!

Everyone was so friendly and nice during the whole process. They kept me updated with my car's progress so I wasn't waiting around for any information and explained everything to me thoroughly. Very friendly and overall amazing staff. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Very happy with Cottman of Louisville. Their willingness to explain everything that was needed for my vehicle was above and beyond any other service center I had dealt with. They showed me the things wrong and what the cost would be for everything. My 2006 Mustang Gt is running better than it has in quite a while. It's got its get up and go attitude back. I was at the point of considering selling it, but now, I may keep it till the wheels fall off.
