I went there to get a check engine light they explained to me what was going on with how long it would take and the cost. What he did to it saved me a lot of money and it also fixed the problem. And they were very nice people to talk to and friendly.

I purchased a groupon for a transmission flush. When I arrived for my 10a appointment, I was informed that they were running behind. Luckily, I scheduled the service right before a trip out of town so we had a rental to ride around and pass the time. By 3p, I still hadn't heard anything so we headed back to the shop and were told that the service was not done because of a bigger transmission issue. I appreciated their honesty. The service was already paid for so they very well could've gone ahead without regard but they didn't. The wait time was ridiculous but I'd wait again for honest service!

Depending on your repair need, Cottman of Columbia is a better choice than just going to the dealership. Cottman of Columbia can service your current vehicle, with honest & fair pricing with comparable service companies, and much less than what you'll pay at the dealership. My 16 yo truck has all of it's service work performed at Cottman of Columbia.

From the efficient service, to the low prices, and especially the military discount; I'm coming here for anything I need with my F150. Toni was awesome, knowledgeable, and runs a shop that prides itself on not running up bills with unnecessary procedures. I'll be back in 3,000 miles for my next oil change! Dustin Hall US Army
