CotswoldReviews of cotswold.company

Delivery on time, assemble carefully done and on time. Both Ian and Bismark were clean and caring for our home. I would not hesitate to use Cotswold company again. Thank you

Overall an excellent experience. Product delivered today (by Bernard and Satar) on time, efficient and very sociable. They even moved the old furniture for us mobility challenged older citizens. Highly recommended.

I received my order yesterday of a coffee table, dining room table and chairs and I am so pleased with the quality of the furniture and also the fact there is a standard 15 year guarantee. I had also received a free wood sample before I placed my order which was so helpful to see what it might look like in my house before buying and made my decision much easier since I was buying online. I will definitely look to purchase again in the future. I would also like to thank Gary and Jake for their help delivering the furniture into the room of my choosing and did a brilliant job of bringing in the many large boxes for my order 6656256 within my chosen delivery time. Thank you again!

Excellent customer service! Ordered two sofa beds in error, Natasha and all the people I spoke too at TheCotswold Company, were amazing and supportive. The sofa bed is high standard, really happy with product. The drivers were polite and friendly. Would highly recommend this company snd will use again.

Ontime, unpacked and placed furniture in the room where required. Anthony P & Anthony L.

Ordered Camille sideboard , beautiful solid wood. Delivery was on time and efficient. Charlie and Tomas were lovely people making it feel more like a treat than a delivery. They unpacked and carefully placed the furniture in position. (Order no6600127)

The goods arrived on time, and from the original projected delivery date to the time slot given on the actual day of delivery, we were emailed and texted regular updates. Morgan & Tyrell, the delivery team, were courteous, respectful of our property and extremely helpful in taking two single beds and mattresses up two flights of stairs to an attic bedroom.

Beautiful piece of furniture, delivered by Sam and Simon who were prompt, cheerful and professional. From the original purchase in store with Paul F. to final delivery, absolutely excellent service. Highly recommended. Thank you x
