We just got back for a 12 day Italy/Paris trip. Costco travel was so easy and made our trip effortless. I was even able to cancel 1 day in Paris and head to London. They canceled a night a the hotel and changed our flights and it actually saved us some money! The hotels were very nice, with only 1 exception. That hotel still wasn’t bad it just didn’t match the others. All airport transportation was arranged by Costco and train travels, with premier seating on all trains. I would definitely use them again. I found their customer service to be very helpful and accommodating. Can’t wait for our next trip.

Costco travel was wonderful with our Alaska cruise. We went with our best friends we both had our anniversary the week we went so they gave us a specially dinner at Pinakle grill. They were great I will use Costco Travel every time.

Booked an Alaska cruise for 7 adults and a 1 year old. Promo included tips and cash cards. We had an amazing trip, and Costco communication was great. We received the cash cards on our return. Everything went so smoothly. Will use again for sure.

I was having a problem booking a trip because my credit limit was below the cost of the cruise. Jeff North hung in there with me until the bank approved my new credit limit. He was professional and a five star representative for Costco Travel.

Used costco travel to hire car at Nice airport , with 2 days left of hire carkeys were lost . Contacted costco service who were absolutely amazing and helped me as i had difficulties using mobile to contact car hire company . I then was able to contact correct dept to arrange for my car to be towed . Tow truck arrived got into car no keys but bluetooth showed strong signal , stroke of luck found keys behind a planter . All the depts phoned to check I was ok . Cannot fault costco travel it is a hidden gem , nothing was too much trouble ,

I recently utilized the Costco Travel program to book a 9-day Chrysler minivan rental through Alamo for my daughter's graduation move from Pittsburgh. There was an initial issue at the pickup counter in Cedar Rapids where I was mistakenly given a smaller Dodge Durango SUV under the impression it was equivalent in size. After realizing it wouldn't fit our cargo, I contacted Costco Travel for help. Costco travel group managers and also a representative named Lance were absolutely outstanding. He actively advocated on our behalf, contacted the Alamo manager at the Pittsburgh airport (Brock Bowser), and successfully coordinated a vehicle swap so we could get the minivan we originally paid for. The return process back at the Cedar Rapids airport on May 18th was equally professional, and the front desk agent ensured our final billing was adjusted correctly for the trouble. I am incredibly grateful for Costco travel program managers and Lance's proactive communication and the seamless teamwork between Costco and Alamo management. This is exactly why I remain a loyal Costco Executive member and will continue booking my travel through the Costco program.

Our 2 week trip to Greece went without a hitch. We visited Athens and two islands. Our transfers were prompt and on time. Our in country contacts were prompt with reply’s. The good news is we did not need to contact them for anything vital. A testimony to how well things went. Our rates were unbeatable. Excellent hotel recommendations and options. Would recommend their travel service.

We cannot give enough praise to Costco travel. We just completed a 6 day Disneyworld vacation with our adult daughter and her husband and 4 children. The trip from flight, rental car, resort, theme park tickets, etc was seamless. We had no issues. When we did have questions or hiccups, Costco travel agents were quick to answer questions or go to bat for us to get things rolling. We highly recommend Costco travel!!! It was the easiest, stress free trip we have had in a long time!! Thank you!
