FIRST IS THE LENSES can not be compared to the quality then the FRAMES are unique COSTAS and only COSTAS HAS THEM and last thru the years i have had own that the LENS has faded I claim warranty with proof and all I have got them replaced where else can you ask for this type of service. they are GOOD last pair I got are KING TIDE 8 take a look

Great and fast

I am beyond impressed! I went out on a limb and bought my husband a pair of Costas a few years ago because he wanted them SO bad. I figured it was a terrible idea and he’d lose them before long. Surprisingly he held on to them for 3 years and failed to put the ear piece strap on them one day. He and my sons were rough housing and they fell off his head and got stepped on. It shattered one lens. I went online to look at replacing the lens and opened a claim. They were out of warranty and they offered me a replacement pair for half the price. I was okay with that. I accepted the offer but didn’t hear anything back for a couple weeks, so I emailed them. Come to find out that model was no longer available and they offered us a brand new free pair!! ($300 promo) I was floored and my husband was ecstatic! Great job and awesome customer service Costa!

sent my glasses in for repair and they were shipped back to the wrong address then returned to Luxottica. They can not be replaced because they are discontinued. So I have no glasses and they offer me a voucher so I can buy new ones... I said I did not want a voucher I wanted my glasses and she said that would be difficult as there is a process that is complicated, and hung up... buy new ones ha ha ha never! ************************************************************* Costa Finally replaced my glasses and if they would have addressed this weeks ago they would have 5 stars. 4 stars for the stress I went through and put people through to get a pair of glasses. Mistakes happen but stop after the first one next time. Finally the new 580 G lenses are thin now. I though they were plastic.

I bought my first pair of Costa shades in February 2024 for my birthday in a shop in Folly Beach, SC. Ironically I immediately choose the Sullivan (Sullivan’s Island is just north of Folly in SC) IYKYK. I love them! Fast forward to May 2024, I was in need of new lenses and had no idea Costa did eyeglasses. I just want to say I was sooo nervous about ordering prescription lenses fully online, especially with such terrible vision, I’ve always had coke bottle lenses. I did the virtual try on and used the ball cap measuring method to get my size. OMG! The experience was spot on! I ended up with the Ocean Ridge 500 in teal, size Large. I ordered on a Friday my lenses were delivered by Tuesday afternoon. I love them so much, they are soo out of my comfort zone but loving them. Had to call customer support for a few questions, rep took my call at 528EST, they close at 530 EST. She was super helpful and so nice. Thanks again Costa, 100% great experience. Yes costly but will submit invoice to insurance for partial reimbursement. Still worth it as I have not had a pair this great before, and yes I went with everything extra that these lenses could offer. 🙌 🙌 🙌

Walker Hybrid Shorts are not as depicted. The "shark" color that is shown is NOT EVEN CLOSE to the actual color. The actual color isn't very nice looking. The other big issue is they run grossly bigger to the point of falling off. I ordered a 36 waist, the shorts are at least a 40, I would say closer to 44 b/c they literally drop to the floor when I put them on. Return was handled quickly

Ordering was easy, the fit guide was a little vague, I ordered large frames, but probably a medium would have fit better Great glasses otherwise

Catalogue en ligne techniquement fourni, essai en ligne avec la web cam probant. Politique de retour transparente et rassurante. Et bien sûr, une paire de lunette Whitetio PRO d une qualité superlative.
