I initially did a warranty claim on a pair of Man-O-Wars, the process was straightforward and convenient. I waited for about a month and did not receive the replacement pair I picked out. After calling customer support (also very easy to work with) they looked up the claim and offered me compensation to which I was able to pick out the new pair of sunglasses. The item was received within a week and have been enjoying my Costa Whitetip Pros.

I have been a lifetime Costa customer. Ive been a charter captain for 25 years and have sworn by my 580's. Customer service was always good to me until recent. It seems Costa has gotten too big and they are now outsourcing calls and emails. I remember speaking with customer service and it being local Florida people who related to my issues. Not the case anymore! I had won a WPB fishing tournament over the winter and received a pair of Costas part of the winnings. I reached out to see if I could send them in for a voucher or even a small credit towards a new online purchase because they are not my style of glasses. Trying my best to hear the representative through the roosters waling away in the background of some other country, "I was told to kick rocks!" So that is what I'll do! I will no longer be buying, representing, or promoting Costa Del Mar. Smith Optics here I come! This response to my review is 100% clear that Costa Del Mar is no longer a company that cares about its consumers. BS reply from an outsourced robot (IT idiot reading scripted responses).

When I bought my 200 dollar plus pair of Costa Maya sunglasses I was told that there was a lifetime warranty.Now the glasses frame is peeling paint.I filled out a complaint form on their site and took pictures.There was a closing line that said someone would be in touch.Screen Blank.I know this company changed their warranty to 2 yr. Warranty but that should not prohibit them fixing a lifetime customer who owns many pairs of their glasses.Unless I hear from them in 15 days I'll chuck them and buy from one of their competitors like Oakley or RayBan.
