Easy to purchase.

The web site was easy to shop and the delivery was fast... I'm a very satisfied customer...

Placed an order for sunglasses. Then got an email saying that they had to unfortunately cancel my order to to the product I ordered was not in stock. As a gesture of good will they gave me a 15% off code due to the unfortunate cancellation. So I went on and found another pair I liked that were on sale also so I had an opportunity to get the sunglasses for a incredible price. These sunglasses are honestly one of the most comfortable pair of sunglasses I have ever worn. They just feel so light you hardly even remember you have them on. Also when you buy a pair of their sunglasses you get a very nice hard case and towel which is awesome because other places you had to buy the case separately. I definitely will be buying sunglasses from Costa for now on!

I recently had worked with Costa Customer Service on a warranty issue. They communicated quickly and offered a great solution that will keep me coming back as a future customer for years to come.

Very responsive and helpful customer service

Overall very disappointed with the warranty/repair work I had done on a pair of glasses. Instead of telling me I was better off buying a new pair (which I would have been fine with) they charged me with a lens replacement fee. What repair was made was very poor quality and I’m really surprised such a good company would allow this type of work to go on. The repair department are not very receptive to constructive criticism even when being polite about the whole situation. This break my heart because I really like Costa Del Mar products but the rudeness of the repair department has put a really bad taste in my mouth.
