I purchased Costa Fisch Blackouts several years ago. Twice since I've had the sunglasses the rubber around the nose guard and below the arms have separated. Both times I contacted Costa, provided pictures, proof of purchase, returned the defective pair and they replaced with a new pair. The most recent was just this past week. Yes, they are expensive - but they are truly an example of getting what you pay for. In my experience their warranty is second to none, effortless, and fair. I would purchase another pair without reservation but may never have to given their excellent warranty.

I ordered the glasses online and 10 days after purchase i called customer care to inquire on the status. They informed me that they didnt have my prescription. However Costa did send me a confirmation email with single vision prescription confirmed when i purchased the glasses. Even after i created an online account they didnt notify me they had lost the prescription. Terrible service for $550. I cancelled the order.

I have some good news and some bad news——-The bad news is my sunglasses’ neck lanyard broke, The good news is they were 25 years old!!!! And my glasses still look hip for the times. Great glasses.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I wish I had read the reviews before I bought. Wasted almost 500$. Obvious design flaws and warranty was worthless. Trash after 4 months of owning. Never buy this brand

I bought a $275 pair of Costa sunglasses in July 2021. I have a cracked lense. I was denied any warranty work as they said my warranty had expired. They offered to replace the lense for $125. This is really poor customer service. My local optometrist no longer sells Costa because of poor customer service.

I recently made a warranty claim due to the side arm of my frame breaking in half. I submitted the info online got a message of approval back within a couple days sent old ones back and received new pair which were an upgraded model and lens from my return. I know multiple people that did the claims and all had a positive outcome. Maybe we all just happened to get lucky. Thanks Costa for sticking to your warranty and making the process fairly painless.

In 2020 I spent £500 on prescription, glass Costa sunglasses. This is a second review since, a year on, nothing has changed re Costa. Its customer care is non-existent. The UK rep no longer services Costa, you can no longer buy glass sunglasses on line and I am unable to upgrade a prescription lens. In addition, the rubber on the legs falls off in no time. Luxottica are impossible to contact. I hope another company steps up to replace an otherwise strong product! If you live in the UK, don't even consider buying Costa!
