I bought a pair of Tuna Alley a week ago and accidentally dropped them on the floor, scratching the lense. I would expect this from a cheap pair of sunglasses but when you pay $300 you expect a little higher quality. This is my first and will be my last pair of Costas. For $10 I can get a cheap pair of Walmart sunglasses and replace them when they get scratched. Buyer beware. These are great sunglasses just don't let them come in contact with anything other than your face.

I had a broken pair of glasses that were no longer manufactured. You all did not replace them, But gave me a good discount on my next pair. The repair and warranty. Is the best in the business I believe.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses that showed that they were delivered yet I never received them. The customer service was excellent on handling the situation and were going to replace them. However, they were out of stock on what I wanted so they gave me a coupon code for a future purchase. It worked out great for the sunglasses I ended up buying.

I wore my last pair of Costas for 7 years, sending them in a few times for repairs. (My fault, not warranty issues.) They survived a car accident this spring, but just barely. I continued to wear them a couple months until one of the hinges finally failed. I submitted a repair ticket explaining that, and they said they couldn’t be repaired, but they gave me a generous coupon, which I used immediately. Love these Pipers even more than the Wingmans. Even with the glass lenses they are much lighter and they definitely have a more feminine fit. There’s just enough curve to block most peripheral light. Thanks for taking such good care of me - I’m a fan for life.
