Unbelievable glass lenses

I received a pair of Costa sunglasses as a gift about 6 months ago. The lens kept falling out. Even though I did not have a receipt Costa replaced the glasses. This is have always purchased Costa glasses.

My experience was amazing, I was on my fifth pair of Costa glasses when my most recent pair broke. Wasn’t sure if they would be repaired or replaced. Costa replaced but set me a pair that we not glass. They were 580p. They said I would need to return and they would send the correct ones. I was bummed not to have my glasses. Two days later I received an email from them saying to please pick out another pair and they would send a new pair ASAP!!! I could not happier! Thank You Costa!

Had a pair of fisch costa glasses. One day they slipped of my head when I bent down. Crack! Broken glass lens. These were a gift and I had no receipt. I was out of luck. I reached out to costa to see how much a repair would be and if it was even possible. As expected they told me they couldn’t cover under warranty and unfortunately couldn’t repair. I figured well, it was worth the try and I would just have to wait to save money and see if I could afford a new pair in the future as I loved these glasses. But Costa went above and beyond and offered me 50% off a new set of glasses. That’s just amazing! I know these are not cheap and to get an opportunity to buy a brand new set with that kind of discount was so heartwarming because I knew it would be years before the wife would let me spend full Price of $350 ish, on a set of glasses. So now I have a set of king tide 8 glasses and love how they fit, feel, and see. I can’t thank Costa enough for their generous offer even though it was my fault. I will be a return customer and have already recommended to friends. I highly recommend these glasses. Quality is amazing. Customer service is top notch.
