Why can’t other companies treat their customers the way Costa Del Mar did ? It’s funny bc now I’m telling all my friends , and hopefully they tell theirs, that’s how great companies are made ! I had issues with a pair of sunglasses I bought @ least over a year ago ( note : I couldn’t remember the date and definitely didn’t have the receipt ), and Costa offered a voucher to satisfy me . I was thrilled. What company does this anymore ? I can count maybe 2 or 3. Thought I was living in the 50s, even though I was born in the 70s. Great company and will have my business forever.

Great product, fast shipping times, and an excellent selection. My only complaint is that they need more styles for the smaller sizes. My grandchildren are always using my back up pairs, which look huge on them, and the styles are mostly for the ladies.

Talking to a person instead of typing to someone I needed to return my glasses to be fixed I never got the label I called customer service and spe to a lady that made everything perfect

The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable.

Bought a pair for my dad for Christmas, had a smudge in one of the lenses. They sent us a replacement pair quickly!
