For a premium product Costa customer service is subpar. I have been a lifetime customer and have own over 10 pair s of Costas. But every time there is and issue with one of their premium product I get the run around about getting them repaired. Whether it is loose moldings or nose pads. It is like an act of congress to have them repaired. I would even pay for it. so today I am the proud own of a new pair of smith optics. I am sending the new pair i just purchased from Costa while i was going to get a couple pairs of my old costas repaired. Now Im just going to throw them in the garbage where they belong. Farewell Costa Hello Smith Optics

My glasses were shipped from a factory in Italy instead of the GA factory, which is where it was supposed to be shipped from. I was told 2 to 3 day expedited shipping was how my order was shipped. It's been well over 7 days and nothing, other than my glasses are passing through customs in PA, I live in TX. No information was passed to me, I had to find this out after days of waiting and finally asking Costa. I still have no update on the delivery date and am out several hundred dollars without glasses promised expedited 2 to 3 days shipping.

I got a set of Costa glasses from Lenscrafters after doing my annual eye exam. They seemed alright at the beginning - however, a couple of months after I started using the glasses, the right side nosepad slipped off the glasses at some point. Not a big deal, right? I'll just order more from the website. However, the shipping took over a week, and when it arrived, half the order was wrong (was completely not for my style or model of frames), which was quite impressive, considering I only ordered two items. I contacted support, and was told no replacements could be sent, and that I would need to get a refund and reorder. That was fine with me, since I at least had one set of pads I could use. That was nearly a month ago. I still have not gotten a refund, nor have I actually heard back from any member of the support team apart from the customer service representatives from the website. I THINK I've finally gotten a refund after spending nearly an hour with a service rep today, however, it took far too much navigating, and they pulled up the wrong refund initially. Needless to say, I will not be getting any frames from Costa in the future. If their service quality is this poor, I've got significant concerns about their quality elsewhere.
