Buyer beware! I purchased products from this company online. They sent me expired products that nearly ruined my clients hair. Trying to get a refund is a joke. Do not, I repeat, do not purchase professional products from them.

I gave you two chances, and the products were terrible. They seem fake to me ( btw not saying they are but that's the impression they gave me).... wouldn't recommend

I ordered a mannequin head but received a t shape razor for clippers. It was an inconvenience and the manager did not offer a discount or nothing for their error. I will not spend my money there anymore. Take care of your customers is the bottom line.

I have been a loyal customer, always paying on time and in full. However, CosmoProf wrongly marked my account as late, charged unjust fees, and kept my credit at 99% for years despite no real overdue payments. I paid fees I should not have paid because they insisted it was a late charge, even though I never missed a payment. They refused to correct their errors or explain them clearly. This has affected my credit unfairly and cost me money. I strongly warn others to be careful and demand transparency and fairness from CosmoProf.

Ordered Ardell lashes quantity of 10, they charged money but shipped 0. Ordered 10 trays of Borb lashes, they shipped 9 and decided to add a different one in place because they didn't have enough.

I am extremely sick of the way the marketing department is labeling sales. You claim buy 2 get the second 50% off. So, you have a sale of 25% off. We as hairstylist can do math. We do fractions for color every day. It is extremely frustrating, feels like you are assuming we are ignorant. Liters are almost never more than 25% off. You are trying to make it sound like a better deal. We know better.

Went to huber heights location about 4pm today and the whole time we was shopping, there was a couple women employees that watched us like we was stealing ? Which we do not do! We spend alot there but won't be back to this location!
