Shopping sale items on this website is a waste of time. You have to open products one by one, only to find they’re out of stock. Sometimes, items appear available, but after you order enough to qualify for free shipping, they cancel the out-of-stock items and ship the rest. Very frustrating! Unless you shop products that are not on sale.

As a former employee and someone who shopped here, don't ever go here if you do wanna find PT/FT employment. For starters when it comes to customer service, they can be rude at times and can be unfriendly/flakey. Do not ask them for any sort of professional advice, and a lot of the employees can also be dismissive and twist your words. Now as for employment, NEVER work for them unless if you want to be micromanaged and if you try to speak up, or call out sick, they will cut your hours. Even if you call out sick, vomiting your guts out, and already having a seizure, they will tell you to "give them a doctor's note". As a former employee, this is one of the most soul-sucking companies I'd ever worked for.

This business is in desperate need of new management. Almost every single order I place online that is pick up in store is not fulfilled. The orders just sit as pending when two hour pick up is what the website advertises. No one communicates about the orders to the customer nor does a refund or cancellation notification get sent to the customer unless a call to both the store and a phone call to the online service is completed. When I called the store, the store says it is a constant problem with the online division because their inventory often does not match the store. I was told when the store opened that their inventory already listed zero for something I bought after hours. No one walked in and bought it ahead of me, though that’s what CustomerService would like to say happened. CustomerService doesn’t do much. It’s just a truly insincere apology, if even that. The store says it’s a constant problem yet. The business is incomplete denial and makes up excuses that are untrue. This business does not have a functional website connected to inventory. Whatever they have it’s not functional in the people who work in the actual stores will agree with that statement.

The need to be more professional

I have been a licensed hair stylist for 35 years and my supplier have always been very nice to me over the years but not anymore have no customer service skills at all. The store is 30 miles from me so when my Husband is going to doctor in Gadsden I have always called my order in and he picked it up for me until they started making us order though the website but now it says what you are needed is unavailable so I call the store and ask if they are out of product and they say no we have all you need but because it will not do it on website I can’t get it unless I come in person and no way they can let him pick it up. I made the comment you are going to lose business like this and I was told they meet there goal before lunch and they don’t need my business!!! What happened to business appreciating their customers. All she had to do was put in behind corner with my name on it and let him come by and pay for it but refused to do it. Now how hard would that been to do. So I called salon centric and they helped me no problem. So disappointed have done business with them for years but no more they don’t need me anymore

Being a licensed hairstylist for over 10 years Went to purchase a few colors from store 7307 in London , the customer service lady named Lisa came specifically to me and started saying we do not sell to public , you should have a license to shop from here. Extremely disrespectful behavior.

Their customer support is really awful.

Don't ever order a delivery through this company! They promise 3-5 day shipping but that's not true. Once it's out of their hands they could care less. I'm going to lose out on money and a possible client this weekend because they chose to ship my delivery a certain way through FedEx (I didn't get to choose) I was told by a Cosmprof customer service employee that I would get my package end of day on Thursday the 25th, didn't get it. Then I was told by FedEx that I would get it the 26th, didn't get it. I need this order by Sunday the 28th. Fedex tells me that I probably will not get it now for another 7 days for some odd reason they have no answer to. They tell me it has to do with the shipping choice Cosmprof chose and that I can have them call FedEx and expedite my package. All they have to do is call their FedEx carrier contact and give them their FedEx number and then let them know what order needs to be expedited. I contact Cosmoprof back and tell them this. They straight up lie and say they can't do that. I tell them exactly what FedEx said, that every company they ship with has a way to contact them and expedite packages and if they are telling me they can't then that is just not true and they don't want to do the extra work. Cosmoprof puts me on hold for FOREVER! Then comes back on and continues to lie to me. Now I have to go spend more money that I don't really have to buy more color that I already bought so that I can make money this weekend and not lose a client! Thanks a lot Cosmoprof! You're lucky you carry Danger Jones, if it weren't for that particular product line you would never get my business again because of this! Never in my 16-17 years of being licensed have I had such a screwed up issue with ordering product from a beauty supply company!
