Lost package and terrible customer service
I haven't received my package information and already sent 2 emails and tried to contact them on the website but no responses. I also tried to call but still no answer. Can someone reply my email？

Consumer service
Emailed them about a few days ago still waiting on a response. More concerned about getting a confirmation on my order. Spent almost $90 so would really appreciate it. Other than that, the website is really easy to understand. Still debating if this is a scam or not tho so guess we’ll wait and see.

I ordered from cosmonova and I am a very satisfied customer. Never had to contact customer service. I received my online documents instantly and my items arrived in the mail with no issues. Tracking was available and made it easy. The product came packaged very well and love the finished product! Thank you for everything!

I WOULD NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I ORDERED A STAR IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS ON DEC 5TH- IT IS NOW THE 28TH- NOTHING HAS ARRIVED- NO PHONE NUMBERS ON THEIR SITE WORK- NO EMAIL RESPONSE- TERRIBLE SERVICE!

I ordered a star for my wife and still…
I ordered a star for my wife and still haven't received the certificate in the mail. Its been well over the 15 days I was told I'd wait. I even got the constellation poster I bought and still no star cert. I've called the number and had no luck. I submitted a claim stating I haven't received what I paid $70 for. Very upset that my wife's anniversary present hasn't arrived

This company is the best in customer…
This company is the best in customer service and the pricing is very reasonable. This is a great birthday gift. I can’t believe how quick it was to get my Certificate. I received my Star framed in a gift-wrap and was happy as a child.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Nobody responds to emails, the phone goes to voicemail or a busy signal. Furthermore I paid for a star and never actually received any information or confirmation!

I must advise that one of our colleagues replied to you immediately after your email and send your Star Certificate and Star Map. Sometimes our telephone line can be unreachable but we answer email very fast. Sorry for disappointed you. We always put our customers on the first place.
