I have been using them for years, it’s extremely easy and they are very responsive!

I purchased coupon from Groupon. I applied for Semaglutide with cosmeticrx on 12/30/24. Received 'Application accepted" (took screen shot). Didn't hear anything from them by 1/3/25, so I called and applied again, submitting all necessary personal/medical info plus photos. Received 'Application accepted" again, screen shot again. Received email msg 1/9/25 from cosmeticrx that my information sent was lost. Resubmitted 1/9/25 and screen shot of "application accepted? AGAIN! still no response by 1/20/25, so left messages.... Received notice from FEDEX that package would arrive by 1/22. No notice from Cosmeticrx! Received package with 6 needles and a bottle of Semaglutide, but NO instructions about now much to put in each needle! Called, emailed and sent chat to Cosmeticrx, but no response. Product is sitting in my fridge waiting for instructions about how to use. Todays date 1/24/25. Getting really fed up with this customer service or lack of.....
