I had such a great experience purchasing and signing up for GLP-1 treatment through Cosmetic RX! The process was super easy and straightforward ,from the initial questionnaire to getting approved and receiving my medication, everything was smooth and professional.

Misleading Email to existing customers! Received the following “Thank you for your prior CosmeticRx purchase" with the subject line "Halloween Loyalty" that was sent to existing customers. I ordered based on the email I received and then was told “hi there that promo code is for new users only - the support team”. They falsely advertised to many loyal customers! Do the right thing and honor the promotion!

The sign up was easy. The Groupon offer is nice also for trying them out. I got a call back the next day for a quick consultation, and the UPS tracking number was emailed right after. They don't ship Thurs or Fri so do your sign up Mon if you want it Wednesday. The box it came in is a bit large and cumbersome, but product was still cool and intact. No melting of cold packs. Looking forward to several more months.

You place an order- no one responds, orders not shipped. They have all your info and there is nothing you can do to cancel your account with them or delete your credit card. Edit: I tried going on my account to make sure my card is deleted and my whole account is deleted apparently. So hopefully they deleted all of my info as well!
