I have been getting jewelry from COR BLOOM for a few years now, and all of my pieces are still in the same condition as when I first got them. I am usually leaving their earrings in for extended periods of time as well, so even with heavy use, the quality of the jewelry shines through, seeing as they remain untarnished. Their flatback design makes it so that I don’t even realize they’re in! It’s been a game changer since I am always answering the phone at my job, I can wear earrings comfortably. Their prices are very reasonable as well. I don’t mind paying a little extra knowing that I am getting jewelry that will last long, doesn’t discolor my skin, and has a comfortable & convenient design. Aside from their products, their customer service is top notch. Their team is always quick to respond. I highly recommend this company, and will continue to recommend to my friends. It is apparent that they do genuinely care about their customers.

I’m absolutely in love with my piercings! They’re beautiful, high quality, and look even better in person. Everything was done perfectly from start to finish. The packaging was lovely and made the whole experience feel really special, and the communication was clear and professional throughout. Earring turned green within three months. Contacted customer service, didn’t get any response.

I got a beautiful pair of earrings that went great with my earring stack. However, some of the gems ended up falling out. I emailed customer service about this issue and they were extremely helpful and were able to send me a new pair for free. But the second pair's gems also fell out, much faster than the first pair's. Again, customer service was extremely helpful and gave me multiple options to fix this issue. I opted for store credit. Every other piece of jewelry I have gotten from them has been great, I just had issues with this specific piece, and the customer service has been great.

Processing and shipping is pretty slow, but so far the pieces I've purchased look really good, and I can tell the titanium ones are in fact titanium (or at least, aren't surgical steel/nickel, as I would have had an allergic reaction fairly quickly). I've only had them for a couple of days so I can't speak to longevity yet, but my first impression is positive. Customer service is also very responsive.

I’ve only recently started shopping with Cor Bloom, and my experience so far has been amazing. The jewellery is beautiful, great quality, and exactly as pictured. Their customer service is also lovely , very kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Overall, such a positive first experience. I’ll definitely be ordering again and would highly recommend!

Shipping to Europe is mostly 1 to 2 weeks. So pretty fast! Items look pretty and feel sturdy. I recommend ordening the matching insurting tool for the piercings. Great experience!
