I had a really good experience with the customer service. And the items are very pretty and dainty. They seem like nice quality and I anticipate they will last a long time. I love that they offer rose gold items, because that is my favorite and not all companies offer that!

Love the pieces I purchased and the customer service sets the bar for all other companies!

I've order from here twice and been delighted both times. Each time I had a question and they responded fast and friendly each time. The customer service was excellent and the products are beautiful. I loved my first order so much that I ordered again soon after. The quality is great-titanium jewelry that is safe and comfortable to wear and the jewelry is super sparkly. I also love that some of it is customizable (you can choose your stone size, post length and gauge). This is the only place I can find 6 mm stones. I look forward to ordering more in the future.

I have nothing but praise for corbloom jewelry! I have lots of their earrings and they are beautiful, quality stuff. Great customer service as well - I'll keep coming back!

Great customer service! I ordered some pieces and they accidentaly sent me a push pin piercing instead of a threaded one. I let them know and they immediately offered to send me a replacement piercing with my next order (which I was planning on placing anyway). They reply very fast. All the pieces I ordered look exactly as expected, nice quality

Dear Kerstin Thank you for reaching out – and I completely understand your frustration. I would like to clarify that we did not cancel your payment or refund your order. The payment was refused by PayPal, not by us. We already had your order prepared and ready to be shipped, but unfortunately, PayPal canceled the transaction on their end. We kindly suggest that you contact PayPal directly to resolve the issue with your payment. Alternatively, you are welcome to place your order again using a different payment method or card – we would be happy to process it immediately. We truly value your interest in our jewelry, and our team works hard to provide the best service possible. We do not believe it is fair to leave a 1-star review for a situation that was beyond our control. Please let us know how we can assist you further – we're here to help! Warm regards, Lisa M. I've bought several pieces of jewelry from Cor Bloom since I found out about them. I love that they have so many unique and beautiful pieces in many amazing colors. I've only ever had a problem with one of my ordered items, and I emailed their support to see if it was possibly covered under their warranty. They replied super fast, were very kind and added a free replacement to my next order.
