Regarding your latest order, as we replied you to your emails, we deeply apologize for the delay, the last thing we want is to keep our clients waiting for their new Coravana pieces! Unfortunately, on Black Friday + Christmas time. there are always delays with international shipping, this is something we also advertise on our shipping information page, and is out of our control, you always have the express shipping option which is quick and safe. We have been in constant communication with you and the courier company during this whole time, until we made sure you received your package, also, we have refunded your shipping cost and issued you a free express shipping coupon to use on any future order. If a bracelet broke for no obvious reason, or a long usage time, this is not ok, and this is why we offer a 1-year warranty, even though we have strict quality control to prevent such cases from happening. If there's anything that requires exchanging simply let us know and we will take care of it right away. I can see that you received an anklet with a missing stone, and we replaced it immediately with a new piece. We are not perfect, but we try to and we always make things right:)

I love your jewelry! I wish that you would do more in silver plated, as silver looks better on me and my daughter than gold or rose gold. Your colours and gems are beautiful and your styles are eye catching. I made a purchase of several items last year at this time for Christmas gifts for myself and my daughter and they arrived very quickly. This year I have also made one purchase so far and would make another purchase today except my last purchase of two Bonds Bracelets (Lavender) have not been delivered and it has been quite some time. Please help me with this! I am sorry not to be able to take advantage of your sale today because of this. (My suggestion would be to send it by mail rather than Courier as Canada Post always delivers while Couriers tend to take the easy way out and expect you to pick the parcel up, after they knock on your door once and give you no time to answer as they hurry away.
