Great product that I have been purchasing for 20 years and has made a world of difference in my health. Saw an infomercial that Bob Barefoot did in early 2000s and purchased his book which literally changed my life. Still using coral calcium every day.

Shipment was canceled
I’m sure the product is great, but two weeks after I placed my order, I realized that you don’t ship to the country I live in, and the shipment was canceled. That’s really unfortunate.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. We truly understand your disappointment, and we want to offer some clarity for both you and others who may be reading this.
As a company, we did fulfill your order immediately upon receiving it and promptly shipped it to Israel using DHL, just as we do for our many valued customers in your country. Unfortunately, due to the unanticipated conflict in the region at the time, DHL suspended service and returned the package to us. This was completely out of our control, and we were deeply saddened that your order could not be delivered.
We made several attempts to contact you directly to explain the situation and to find a solution. When we didn’t hear back, we felt the most respectful and responsible action was to refund the price of the product you ordered immediately to ensure your resources were protected. We always try to do right by our customers, even in difficult circumstances.
We absolutely do ship to Israel and are proud to serve many wonderful customers there. As of today, we believe DHL has resumed service to your area. If you'd like to try placing a new order, we would be more than happy to ship it again and do everything in our power to get it to you safely. That said, we must be transparent that once it leaves our hands, the shipping outcome depends entirely on the carrier and the conditions in your region.
