Hi Bill, it was nice speaking with you the other day. Yes - During the Canada Postal Strike, we were forced to use UPS to get your shipment to you. The cost was more on our end but we did so to take care of our clients. I was sorry to hear that UPS charged such extreme fees to deliver your order. We normally use the US Postal Service which is much less expensive. We will not use UPS again to ship into Canada unless we are forced to again. The extra cost and expense to you was a concern of mine and the reason why I chose to provide you with such a generous discount on your most recent order. We appreciate you and look forward to taking care of you now and in the future with the best client service available. Thanks!
