Dear Sharon, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. We truly understand your disappointment, and we want to offer some clarity for both you and others who may be reading this. As a company, we did fulfill your order immediately upon receiving it and promptly shipped it to Israel using DHL, just as we do for our many valued customers in your country. Unfortunately, due to the unanticipated conflict in the region at the time, DHL suspended service and returned the package to us. This was completely out of our control, and we were deeply saddened that your order could not be delivered. We made several attempts to contact you directly to explain the situation and to find a solution. When we didn’t hear back, we felt the most respectful and responsible action was to refund the price of the product you ordered immediately to ensure your resources were protected. We always try to do right by our customers, even in difficult circumstances. We absolutely do ship to Israel and are proud to serve many wonderful customers there. As of today, we believe DHL has resumed service to your area. If you'd like to try placing a new order, we would be more than happy to ship it again and do everything in our power to get it to you safely. That said, we must be transparent that once it leaves our hands, the shipping outcome depends entirely on the carrier and the conditions in your region. We sincerely hope you’ll consider giving us another try. We’re confident in our product and proud of our customer service. We do feel this review may not reflect the level of care and responsiveness we provided, but we understand your frustration and truly hope to earn your full satisfaction in the future. Wishing you continued safety, peace, and good health!

Hi Wesley, we are so sorry that you did not receive your order in the time that you expected. I can assure you that after you placed your order on New Years Eve, we immediately packed and shipped your order the the next business day the morning of Jan 2, 2025. As you know, we were closed on New Years Day. Also, the Postal Service was closed for the Internment of President Carter during this time. Tracking shows that you received your order in 6 business days. Most of our packages are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. I see that you are in the Los Angeles area, our prayers are with all who have been affected by the fires. Please stay safe.

Hi Linda, I am sorry that you placed your order with Auto Shipping without understanding. We certainly do not want to ship you unless you want to. I am happy to see that you called us today and we were able to remove the auto ship and allow you to order when you need to. If you have too many bottles and want to return a few, please do so and we will refund you for them immediately. Thanks

Hi Bill, We are very sorry that our upsell system was confusing. We offered an additional 6 pack at a nice discount. It was not our intention to get you to order another pack without your understanding of the process. As soon as we heard from you, we did immediately refund the additional amount and sent you a postage paid return label. We appreciate you! Again, please accept our apology for the confusion.

Hi William, thanks for your inquiry. Titanium Dioxide is a common additive used in various products, including supplements, primarily as a coloring agent. While it's generally regarded as safe by regulatory bodies like the FDA when used in small amounts, there has been some concern about its potential health effects in larger doses or in specific forms, such as nanoparticles. Studies have shown that Titanium Dioxide nanoparticles may have the potential to cause cellular damage and inflammation when ingested in large quantities. However, the amount found in our coral calcium supreme supplement capsule is very small and not in the nanoparticle form. You may consider our Bobs Best Coral Calcium 2000 as an alternative. That being said, individuals with sensitivities or concerns about Titanium Dioxide may prefer to avoid products containing it. It's always a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional if you have specific questions or concerns about any ingredient in your supplements. Thanks for reaching out.

Hi Dluxdlitz, We have kept our prices the same for almost 20 years. We don't like it but it was necessary. We value your comment. Thank you.
