According to our records, the subscription was not canceled prior to renewal. As outlined in our Subscription Terms, subscriptions must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled renewal to avoid charges, and deleting the app alone does not cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions can be managed and canceled at any time through the account settings. Our records show that you were charged a discounted trial price, followed by two subsequent renewals at the full rate, which were communicated in the welcome email and have always been visible in your account. In line with our refund policy, subscription renewals are non-refundable once processed, and we apply this policy consistently and fairly for all users.
